I’m humbled and grateful to have been part of this successful song which is going places and breaking records for the country, however i think responding to kandeke’s disappointment letter is a sheer waste of time. I have a few questions for him if really he is claiming that I didn’t co write the song in question.

- Where was kandeke when his artist called me to ask for help?
- Where was kandeke when I was laying my backing vocals on the song?- (Listen to the song clearly you will hear my voice too)
- Where was kandeke when I was writing and directing?
- Why should I claim to have contributed to the song if I didn’t?
As many of you may be aware Yo maps is not the first artist I have worked with nor will he be the last. As many of you have mentioned in your comments I have worked with many influential people and written songs as well as backed a few vocals but this is the first time I feel I’ve been sidelined even after having an agreement.
Despite all the misunderstanding I have done nothing but support the movement of this song. I have not mentioned anything regarding our agreement to the public nor did I clout chase for recognition, the fans are the ones who have asked for Yo Maps team to do the right thing.
I have contributed a number of songs by different big artists and never had such drama because they’d always keep their end of the deal even before thinking of dropping the song as per agreement and even then I would still support the track by sharing it.
I’ve still shown love and supported the song, even if Yo Maps haven’t fulfilled his end of the deal since 20th August when we made this song.
Kandeke should concentrate on managing his artist and not be shady in the way he does business. Do not speak on what you don’t understand. We are all quick to jump to conclusions and bring people down without knowing the facts. You can end up embarrassed by defending blindly.
