YO MAPS BREAKS SILENCE: The Untold Story of Hate and Betrayal in Zambia’s Music Industry
Yo Maps has finally spoken out about the hate and betrayal he’s faced from some of his fellow musicians. Despite using a different approach to express himself, he felt compelled to address the issue.
The drama began when Yo Maps helped organize a fundraising event for the late King Dandy‘s family. However, some members of the “cartel” felt threatened by his involvement and began to hate on him.
What’s shocking is that Yo Maps had previously helped some of these musicians, paying their rentals and providing food. Yet, they still chose to hate on him.
Yo Maps‘ message to the “cartel” was clear: “Despite you hating on me, I’ve helped you several times. I bought the food you ate, I paid your rentals.”
